Relaxation Packages

R&R

90 minutes with Reiki and Reflexology

We will begin with a relaxing foot soak, during which we will get to know one another and align our goals. Next you will move to the table, where a warm chakra mat will have the table ready for relaxation. Start by laying on your stomach to receive Reiki on the back side of your body. When the practitioner feels the session on the back is compete, you will turn over to receive Reflexology on your feet for about 40 minutes; ending with a warm towel wrap on the feet and then concluding the R & R session with Reiki. Times may vary depending on the needs of your body. Session will be adjusted for individual needs/preferences. $90

A Touch of R&R

60 minutes with Reiki and Reflexology

This session will include both Reiki and Foot Reflexology. It will begin with a relaxing foot soak, during which we will get to know one another and align our goals. The times and order of the services will be determined by the preferences and needs of customer. $75

Relaxation Services

Reiki

60 minute Reiki session

During this session you will receive Reiki on both your back and front sides. You will have the option for a heated infrared Chakra mat and blanket. $65

Reiki

30 minute Reiki session

During this session you will receive Reiki on the front side of your body. You will lay on your back and have the option for a heated infrared Chakra mat and blanket. If laying on your back is not comfortable, other arrangements can be made. $35

Distance Reiki

20 minute Distance Reiki session

Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which states that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. This law allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the recipient and send healing energies across distances. Distant Reiki is as effective as an in-person Reiki session, even though the recipient is not in the same room. Remember that Reiki is precisely directed energy. The effects of distant Reiki are as profound as those experienced during an in-person session. $25 Contact me for details about booking a session.

Reflexology

60 minute Foot Reflexology session

This session will begin with a warm, relaxing foot bath with epsom salts and essential oils (optional) and performed while you are fully clothed. You will need to wear loose clothing that will allow the practitioner to massage up to your knees. This service can be done on a massage table or in a recliner. I use a combination of Thai and traditional hands on reflexology. $75

Reflexology

30 minute Foot Reflexology session

This session will begin with a warm, relaxing foot bath with epsom salts and essential oils (optional) and performed while you are fully clothed. You will need to wear loose clothing that will allow the practitioner to massage up to your knees. This service can be done on a massage table or in a recliner. Wellness Package

Pricing 4 sessions: $50 per session. Must purchase all 4. May be paid individually at time of service. After completion of 4th service, you will receive $10 off any service of your choice.

During this session you may choose Reiki, Reflexology or any combination of both services. Foot soak not included.

Hot Stones

Can be added to your Reiki or Reflexology service

Adding hot stones to your reflexology session can help to expand blood vessels for improved circulation, can penetrate deeper into painful areas, and promote deeper overall relaxation. $10

Adding hot stones to your Reiki session can enhance relaxation and the feeling of being more grounded. At the end of your session, when stones are removed by sweeping down the body, you will feel lighter and that a greater weight has been lifted. $10

Hand Reflexology

Can be added to your Reiki or Reflexology service

Adding hand reflexology to your session can enhance circulation and pain management, release stress, boost immune system and increase overall relaxation. $10
